Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Justine strives to provide all members a comfortable and motivating space to reach their fitness goals. She loves building community within the fitness center space and truly enjoys seeing everyone succeed. Justine feels accomplished when she sees people leaving The Rock less stressed and with a feeling of accomplishment.

Justine feels there is beauty in the work behind the scenes of any goal, and well ness follows that pattern. It is all about the journey. She applies this philosophy with her clients by challenging them in ways that they may not expect while at the same time taking a moment to embrace where they are now!

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Megan focuses on providing an environment that encourages, challenges, and motivates everyone. Megan strives to create an environment where a person feels better physically and emotionally at the end of a session.

Megan’s most significant accomplishment is when a client gains a new movement that hasn’t been achieved yet.

Megan uses her knowledge gained over five years of experience and continued research to assist clients. Megan uses functional movements that can translate to everyday activity during training sessions. She focuses on what the client wants and helps better understand oneself.

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Rachel is a former GRRD Roller Derby player who spent over 20 years running award winning hotels in Colorado and Michigan before stepping away from her corporate career 3 years ago to open a yoga studio in downtown Rockford and teach yoga full time. Rachel believes yoga is for everybody and has been sharing yoga with kids, teens and adults for the last 5 years.

Sharing her love of music and yoga, Rachel’s classes combine creative sequences, accessible yoga asanas and empowering, inclusive language to inspire and deepen your yoga practice. Her style is rooted in Vinyasa, traditional Hatha and trauma-informed instruction designed to heal and support students on a health and wellness journey.

Rachel believes you are your own best healer and creates a safe space for her students to explore and step into their own power leaving class feeling strong, confident and empowered. With a deep love and appreciation for music her classes are accompanied by playlists you can enjoy both on and off your mat
