Cycle and Strength 

Thursday 12 PM

Grab some weights and a bike! This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout. The road work combined with strength training off the bike makes this class the perfect total body workout!

Burn and interval 

Tuesday 12:00 PM 

Circuit style training class using various work-to-rest time ratios to progressively increase intensity and work your cardiovascular system to the max! We’ll teach you how to safely incorporate high intensity intervals into your training regimen with a combination of intervals on various cardio equipment paired with bodyweight and strength exercises for a full body metabolic conditioning workout.

Strength Fusion

Wednesday 12 PM

Ignite your entire body with this energizing fusion of strength, sweat, and stretch. This class combines timed strength training intervals with the mindful precision of Pilates and the restorative poses of yoga. Whether you're sculpting muscles with resistance work or finding balance through breath and movement, each segment is purposefully designed to challenge, center, and energize you. Expect low-impact intensity, high-reward results, and a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned—inside and out.

Core and Mobility

Monday 12 PM

Looking to increase your flexibility, take care of some recovery work and work on strengthening your core? This class combines light stretching with core exercises to help you feel toned and elongated all at once. This is a one stop shop to get your body strong and stretched.
